Enclosure: Small but active, so use a horizontal enclosure with substrate. It climbs, so keep the height low to prevent falls, and always provide a hide even though it may only use it before moulting.
Diet & Feeding: Offer crickets and roaches. It shows a strong feeding response, but spiderlings may refuse food and adults also fast for periods; do not keep pushing prey.
Temperament & Venom: Exceptionally docile and almost never bites or kicks hairs. It is inquisitive and will try to walk out when the enclosure is opened, but bolts instantly if startled.
