Dark containers best showcase both jet-black body and lame sparkle together. Sunlight and LED lighting produce the most varied lame shimmer. Inherits Orochi's lack of background adaptation, maintaining black in white containers too. Hardy in 5–30°C, neutral to slightly alkaline water.
