Day 0: Setup
2026/8/1Now水槽設置、底砂・フィルター・ヒーター設置。カルキ抜きした水を入れる。パイロットフィッシュまたはアンモニア源を投入。
Day 3-7: Ammonia Rise
2026/8/4アンモニア濃度が上昇し始めます。この段階では魚を追加しないでください。毎日アンモニア濃度を測定。
Day 7-14: Nitrite Appears
2026/8/8ニトロソモナス菌が繁殖し、アンモニアを亜硝酸塩に変換開始。アンモニアが減少し始め、亜硝酸塩が上昇。
Day 14-21: Nitrite Peak
2026/8/15亜硝酸塩がピークに。ニトロバクター菌が増殖開始。この期間が最も危険。水替えは最小限に。
Day 21-28: Nitrate Detected
2026/8/22亜硝酸塩が硝酸塩に変換され始めます。アンモニア・亜硝酸塩ともに減少傾向。水質が安定に向かいます。
Day 28-42: Cycle Complete
2026/8/29アンモニア0、亜硝酸塩0を確認したらサイクル完了！25%水替え後、少しずつ魚を追加できます。

- ・Keep 24-26°C (bacteria activation)

What is the Nitrogen Cycle?
- Ammonia is produced from fish waste and uneaten food, and bacteria break it down
- It converts in order: ammonia, nitrite, then nitrate, which is removed through water changes
- The cycle takes about 4-6 weeks to complete. Be patient
- Using commercial bacteria supplements can speed up the cycling process
- A water test kit is essential. API and Tetra kits are popular choices
