巴厘貓的色變品種，是暹羅系的長毛貓。絲綢般的被毛和重點色是其特徵。健談且對飼主忠實。
爪哇貓是巴厘貓（長毛暹羅貓）的色彩變異品種，具有巴厘貓四種傳統重點色以外的顏色（紅色、奶油色、玳瑁、猞猁紋等）的長毛重點色貓。美國CFA和TICA的分類方式不同，TICA有時將其視為巴厘貓的色彩變異。體型與暹羅貓和巴厘貓相似，呈纖細優雅的東方型，半長絲滑被毛和羽毛般的尾巴十分優美。鮮豔的藍色眼睛也很迷人。性格與暹羅貓和巴厘貓非常相近，非常健談、撒嬌，喜歡與飼主互動。智力高，喜歡益智玩具和在高處探索。有厭惡長時間獨處的傾向，適合人經常在家或多貓家庭。在健康方面，作為暹羅系貓，肥厚性心肌病（HCM）和神經疾病的風險可能會遺傳。 價格約為10〜25萬日圓，國內流通非常少，基本需向經營暹羅、巴厘系的專門繁殖者預約。價格因幼貓毛色（紅・奶油・玳瑁・山貓紋等）和血統而變動。常有人查與巴厘貓的區別：兩者在體型、被毛、性格上幾乎相同，區別僅在毛色（重點色）。巴厘貓具有傳統4色（海豹・藍・巧克力・淡紫）重點色，而爪哇貓指具有其他顏色（紅・奶油・玳瑁・山貓紋等）的貓。性格承自暹羅，非常愛說話、愛撒嬌、親人，不擅長看家，適合多貓飼養或有人長時間在家的家庭。
