An upper respiratory infection caused by feline herpesvirus, calicivirus, or other pathogens. Common signs include sneezing, nasal discharge, and eye secretions; kittens and immunocompromised cats may develop severe illness.

• Frequent sneezing
• Nasal discharge and congestion
• Eye discharge and conjunctivitis
• Reduced appetite or fever

• Feline herpesvirus (FHV-1) infection
• Feline calicivirus (FCV) infection
• Contact with infected cats
• Stress-induced immune suppression
