One of the world's smallest cat breeds. Large eyes and ears; called 'little fairy.' Extremely curious.
The Singapura is one of the smallest known cat breeds, originating from Singapore. The breed was developed by American breeders Hal and Tommy Meadow in the 1970s from cats they encountered in Singapore. Singapura cats typically weigh only 2 to 3.5 kg as adults. They have a distinctive sepia-toned ticked coat, large eyes, and large ears, giving them a wide-eyed, alert appearance that has earned them the nickname "little fairy." They are highly curious, active, and people-oriented cats that love to perch on high vantage points.
