In-person explanation & inspection required
Under the Animal Welfare Act, buyers must receive an in-person explanation of important matters from the breeder and inspect the animal directly before purchasing a dog or cat. Puppies and kittens cannot be handed over until they are at least 56 days (8 weeks) old. You will be asked to confirm this during the purchase process.

Live guarantee & return policy
If the puppy develops or dies from infectious disease within one week of purchase, we will provide a full refund of the puppy price or exchange for an equivalent puppy. If puppies have not yet been born, you will need to wait. Diagnoses from two veterinarians are required. Costs for veterinary consultation, diagnosis certificates, treatment fees, and all monetary compensation are not covered. Cases involving insufficient owner care, infectious disease, and accidents are excluded from the guarantee. We cannot take responsibility for changes in health condition, illness, or accidents (including those during transport) after delivery. We will inform you in detail of any issues discovered by the time of delivery, but we cannot guarantee against defects that appear during the growth process after delivery, including treatment costs. We also cannot guarantee against abnormalities that cannot be detected at the time of delivery or issues with male puppies' testicles. If you notice any small changes or abnormalities in the puppy, please contact us immediately before seeing a veterinarian. Please contact us within 24 hours of death. We do not guarantee against bite/occlusion changes due to growth, inguinal hernia that does not interfere with daily life, patellar issues, hernias, cryptorchidism, size, coat color or pigment fading, or illness, injury, or death due to owner negligence (unvaccinated status, preventable conditions like fleas/ticks/heartworm when management is inadequate, accidents, etc.). We cannot accept complaints about matters that cannot be accurately assessed at the time of puppy delivery. We also cannot offer discounts or refunds.
