Plants are compact, 10–20 cm, with narrow leathery leaves. The small flowers, 1–3 cm across, are white to pale pink with a contrasting deep pink to purple lip. A distinctive trait is the inflorescence's ability to continue branching and reblooming over many years when the spike is left intact, producing flowers continuously for extended periods. Cultivation requires warm temperatures (18–28°C), bright indirect light, and a bark or sphagnum medium with consistent moisture.
