What determines the price

• Density and distribution range of metallic sheen.

  High

  The higher the density of metallic sheen scattered throughout the body, the higher the evaluation. Individuals with dense, widespread metallic sheen across the entire body are preferred over those with it only in specific areas.

• Three-color distribution balance.

  High

  Well-balanced distribution of multiple colors (red, white, black, etc.) is the key to beauty. When weighted too heavily toward one color, the character of the three-color variety diminishes.

• Pattern clarity.

  Medium

  The clearer the color boundaries and the more the pattern is recognizable as such, the higher the evaluation. Blurred boundaries may indicate the characteristics of the three-color variety are not fully expressed.

• Strain Stability

  Medium

  The three-color composite trait requires stable lineage management; lines where characteristics are readily reproduced in offspring are highly valued.

Good:

Metallic sheen is densely distributed across the entire body with strong luminosity in water.

Caution:

Individuals with luster appearing only on part of the back may possess weak luster traits.

Check the distribution and balance of the three colors

Good:

Multiple colors such as red, white, and black are evenly balanced across the body.

Caution:

When one color dominates and the fish appears nearly single-colored, the three-color characteristics may not be fully expressed.

Assess body shape and health condition

Good:

Body shape is well-proportioned and the fish swims actively.

Caution:

Body curvature or deformities may be hereditary and should be noted when selecting for breeding.
