Health Guarantee

If the guaranteed cat dies from a congenital disease or incurable illness (such as cancer) within 3 months from the date of transfer, we will provide a replacement kitten of equal quality and same breed. *A veterinarian's certificate is required. (You will bear the costs of examination, treatment, and certificate issuance.) However, bite, coat color, size, cryptorchidism, umbilical hernia, deafness, polydactyly, and tail deformity are excluded. There may be a wait for the provision of a replacement cat. Please contact us first before consulting a veterinarian. The guarantee provides for replacement cat provision only; treatment costs and monetary compensation are not covered. The seller retains the right to investigate the guarantee for one month after the guarantee period ends, and if fraudulent claims are discovered, may bill the buyer for the appraised value of the replacement cat and the costs incurred for investigation and recovery. The following cases are excluded from the life guarantee: ・Death caused by serious negligence or intent by the buyer ・Death from failure to receive infectious disease prevention vaccines ・Death without receiving treatment from a veterinarian ・Death from accidents, escape, and theft. ・If there is fraudulent reporting in the warranty claim
