諾曼麗眼魚（學名 Poropanchax normani）是分佈於西非至中非河川和濕地的麗眼魚科超小型魚類。體長僅3～4公分，體色為低調的半透明銀白色，但最大特徵是眼睛上半部呈金屬藍色至水藍色的明亮光芒——「麗眼（發光的眼睛）」，群泳時無數藍色眼光齊聲閃爍，景象非常美麗。性格極其溫和，以10尾以上的群體飼養為基本。喜好弱酸性至中性水質和水草茂密的安靜環境。由於口小，應餵食極小片狀飼料、微細人工飼料或冷凍豐年蝦等。體質強韌易養，體型小且溫和，適合與蝦和其他小型魚混養。略有跳躍傾向，建議加蓋。雖為卵生麗眼魚的一種，但不屬於所謂「一年生魚」，在適當環境下可存活2～3年。
