It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, and Peru. Known for its bold tricoloured plumage and exceptionally playful temperament, the white-bellied caique is often described as the clown of the parrot world. It is highly energetic and requires substantial daily interaction and environmental enrichment.
